Rental prices include GST. Disposal is charged at $75 per tonne based on the landfill scale slip. Delivery is included within 40 km of our Brokenhead-area base; extended delivery is quoted by location.

The dumpster must be loaded level for safe pickup and transportation.

Mattress placementStand mattresses upright.

Place them on their side along the dumpster wall or upright at the front. Do not lay mattresses flat on the bottom.

Refrigerant appliances$50 per unit

Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, water coolers, dehumidifiers, and other equipment containing refrigerant carry an additional landfill surcharge.

Dumpster rental questions

What can go in the dumpster?

Accepted materials include household garbage, yard waste and branches, construction and demolition debris, wood, lumber, drywall, renovation debris, furniture, and mattresses. Roofing debris is accepted in 12-yard bins only. Mattresses must be placed upright, not flat on the bottom.

What is not allowed?

Concrete, brick, soil, dirt, hazardous waste, asbestos, used oil, propane tanks, tires, metal, and electronic waste are prohibited. Refrigerant appliances are accepted with a $50 per-unit landfill surcharge.

How are disposal fees handled?

Landfill fees depend on weight and location. Sunrise does not mark up the landfill charge and can provide the scale slip for transparency.

Will the bin damage my driveway?

The bins are positioned as driveway-safe, but every site is different. Confirm surface conditions, placement, clearance, and access before delivery.
